Wraparound Program--Public Health Nurses work in collaboration with the Department of Mental Health, Social Services, Probation and Education to ensure that health related needs of high risk children/teens and families are identified and addressed through available resources with the goal of improving health outcomes, school performance and maintaining safety in and out of the home.
